How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee will vary on order weight and which shipping option is chosen. Most orders will most likely be shipped via "USPS"

What shipping carriers do you use?

Most orders will most likely be shipped via "USPS". However, depending on shipping cost we may use UPS.

Tracking & Delivery

When will my order be shipped?

Please allow 3-5 business days (not including weekends or holidays) to process your order. 

Can I change my delivery address?

Please reach out as soon as possible, if you need to update your Shipping Address. You can email any updates to moodiimonday@gmail.com. Subject line should be your Name and Order number. You can also reach out to us via chat. Chat hours do vary, at the current moment. 

Moodi Monday is not responsible for any missing packages, due to incorrect address information. Please ensure all address information is correct.

My Package hasn't arrive yet.

Please allow selected mail carrier 2-3 business days, to update tracking. If your tracking has not updated, please reach out to your selected mail carrier and have your tracking ready to provide to them.

What do I do if my package is missing?

If your package is missing, please ensure shipping address is correct. Should that information be correct, please reach out to your selected mail carrier and have your tracking info provided, to file a claim. Typically, only one (1) claim is allowed to filed and it's easier and more efficient for the buyer to file the claim. If mail carrier denies claim, please email moodiimonday@gmail.com and include any and all proof of the claim and the denial. Your email should include: 

  • Subject Line: Order number, Name, "Missing item claim denial"
  • Brief info on missing item
  • Screenshots of proof of contact and claim denial

         Please allow 1-2 business days for response and possible store credit details.

Moodi Monday only offers store credit and does not offer refunds.

Refund & Return Policy

Returns

All sales are final. No exchanges or returns are accepted. All items are final sale. Due to the hygienic nature of hair accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before checking out.

Store Credit

STORE CREDIT ONLY POLICY:
We do not offer refunds, but if your item arrives damaged, we’re happy to issue store credit. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. Store credit will be issued once the damage is confirmed.

Note: This policy does not apply to items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

Store Credit is the only option available at the moment; no refunds.

Gift Cards

All sales are final for gift card purchases
All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable. Gift cards cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash and are valid only for purchases at our store.

Damages

Should any items be delivered damaged, please email moodiimonday@gmail.com, no more than 2 days after package arrival. The following must be included, in order, for the damage to be reviewed. 

  • Subject Line: Order Number & Name
  • Description of damage
  • Item name(s) and quantity
  • Photos showing the damage up close and a photo of the entire item
  • If more than one item, up close photos of the damages in one photo and a photo of all items in one photo.

Once damage has been reviewed, an email will be sent back within 1-2 business days that may include a return label for the items, along with store credit information.
